Over 50,000 Gather to Mourn Rebbe Menachem Mendel Schneerson

On Thursday 22 June over 50,000 Chabad mourners from around the world wait patiently in line throughout the night and day at the Ohel, the burial site of the Rebbe in New York to commemorate the 29th Yarzheit of the revered Lubavitcher Rebbe Menachem Mendel Schneerson.

The late Lubavitcher Rebbe Menachem Mendel Schneerson, who led the global Chabad movement for an impressive span of 44 years. From the passing of his father-in-law in 1950 until his demise in 1994, he dedicated his life to guiding and inspiring Chabad followers worldwide.
